During testing, all external doors must remain closed for the duration. Trades and/or observers may remain in the building, but they must understand they cannot leave for the duration of the test.

A steady supply of power must be available during testing. If a generator is being used, no other tools may run off the generator during the test to avoid surges that will affect test results.

Testing performed outside of normal working hours (9-4pm, Mon-Fri) may incur an extra fee agreed upon prior to booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requires a minimum 2-day notice period. Any delays on site on the day, or expenses incurred due to last minute cancellations will be charged accordingly.

Suitable weather conditions for testing may cause the need to reschedule to ensure test accuracy and validity.

Payment is due within 14 days of Invoice.
